This sounds really interesting to someone who isn't even in the pysch field! You should totally start your own podcast - you would be awesome.

The arts and healing website is great. I especially love their list of organizations that use the creative arts in a healing way. I still haven't checked out the podcasts...but i'm sure i will have listened to at least one by the end of the week.

I just listened to the podcast through creative art therapy sessions, on dance/movement therapy. Dance/movement therapy seems so attuned to mindfulness...i will try to encourage some of the techniques mentioned on this podcast with my clients...especially the techniques geared towards reducing anxiety. Also, I love the newsletter Melissa! A well rounded, multi-modal understanding of creativity and how it can be used to encourage healing is a wonderful way to stay inspired and connected with others.

Thanks for introducing these resources!
