    Elizabeth – I have been reading your blog for a short while. I was recently discharged from a10 day in patient/ 28 day outpatient program fro depression anxiety. I am looking to change my life mid stream and your blog became part of my research. Thank you for the creative and very useful information. I really like your personal artwork as well..
